This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Texas Occupations Code Chapter 704 – Health Related Practices, which governs complementary and alternative health-care providers in the State of Texas.
Herb Man Teas follows this law meticulously and provides this notice to clarify the scope of our services, the nature of our products, and the limits of our representations.

Herb Man Teas is a DBA of Khabir’s Herbal Products, LLC, a company lawfully registered in Texas and in good standing with the Texas Secretary of State.
The company formulates and distributes handcrafted herbal products in accordance with the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA, 1994) and Texas Occupations Code § 704.
3. Statement of Practice under Texas § 704
Under Chapter 704, individuals or companies engaged in traditional, complementary, or alternative health services must clearly state that they do not practice medicine and do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
