1. Processing Time
All orders are freshly prepared and packaged by hand.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST are processed the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
During busy periods or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer. We comply with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule by shipping all orders within the stated timeframe or, if no specific time is stated, within 30 days of order receipt.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We currently ship most orders through USPS First Class Mail.
- Average delivery time after shipment is 3–4 business days within the United States.
- Larger or invoice-based orders (associated with Khabir Southwick consultations) are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- We do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
3. Order Notifications & Tracking
You will automatically receive:
- An email when your order ships.
- An email if the shipment is delayed.
- An email on the expected delivery day.
- An email and SMS (if a phone number is provided) when your package is delivered.
You can track your order anytime using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations upon request.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and are not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain destinations or cancel orders if compliance with local laws cannot be ensured.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In compliance with federal law, if we cannot ship your order within the promised time (or within 30 days if no time is specified), we will promptly notify you via email, provide a revised shipping date, and offer you the option to consent to the delay, cancel the order, or receive a full refund.
- If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days or longer, contact Support@HerbManTeas.com or text 1-800-347-0737.
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will file a claim and, upon resolution, send a replacement or issue a full refund or store credit at your choice.
- For undeliverable packages returned to us (e.g., due to incorrect address or refusal), we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs or charge for reshipping.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Support@HerbManTeas.com with:
- A clear photo of the product and packaging.
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
We’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement, credit, or refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
